Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does it cost to ship?
A: It really depends on the basket as each basket is different in size and weight. The best way to find out is to choose your basket, add it to the shopping cart and click update to get your shipping costs and method of delivery. Some baskets are restricted to specific shipping methods and will state so in the description of the basket. 

Q: When will my basket ship?
A: Baskets that are ordered ground or USPS Priority Mail after 11:00 a.m. CST usually ship that day but can take 1-2 days to ship as expedited orders take priority.   Expedited orders placed by 11:00 a.m. cut-off time will ship the same day. Please see our shipping info page for additional info. 

Q: How do I know how long my basket will take to get there when I ship ground?
A: Each basket has a shipping info link at the bottom of the product page. By clicking on this you will have an idea of how many days in transit it will take once your basket ships.

Q: What if I ship expedited like next day air, two day air or three day air?
A: If your order is received by 11:00 a.m. CST Mon. through Fri., it will ship that day, otherwise it will ship the next business day. UPS/FedEx do not count the pickup day as a day in transit. These are guaranteed services by UPS. Please see our shipping info page for additional info. 

Q: What about priority mail?
A: USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to deliver once the package is picked up. USPS Priority Mail Express, if available, is usually delivered the next day once the package is picked up, however, it may take 2 days depending on delivery location. These services are not guaranteed.

Q: How do I receive my tracking number?
A: You can enter your confirmation number at to check your order's progress. When you order shows "in progress" , message this means your package is being processed. If you receive your tracking number (waybill) and your order status is "complete", your order has shipped. 

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: Please notify us right away if you need to change or cancel your order. If the package has already shipped, we will attempt to contact the shipper to correct it. Fees will be incurred if FedEx or UPS re-routes or makes an address correction and will be charged to the customer (not recipient).

Q: Why does my receipt and credit card statement say SI Enterprises?
A: SI Enterprises is the parent company for Just for Guys Gift
