Shipping Rates and Policies


The cut-off time for shipping out orders is 11:00 a.m. CST. with exceptions. Expedited shipping orders received by 10:00 a.m. CST will be shipped same day unless stated otherwise. Note: expedited shipping orders received after 10:00 a.m. CST on Friday will ship on Monday. UPS/FedEx typically does not deliver on Sat. or Sun.
Ground orders will ship out in 1-2 days. USPS Priority Mail shipping can take up to 2 business days to process and does not guarantee a delivery date. 
Weekend orders ship the next business day.
Business days and hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Expedited orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. CDT for same day shipping. Expedited orders (Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day air and USPS Express) received before 10:00 a.m. CDT will ship the same day during regular business hours, unless stated otherwise. Although ground shipping or USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed to ship out same day, we do make an effort to do so if time permits. Additionally, ground shipping and USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed an arrival day. Pickup day is not included in the transit times for expedited ordersFor example: if an order is placed on Monday before 10 a.m. CDT for 2nd day air, it will arrive at it's destination on Wednesday. If the order is placed after 10 a.m. CDT on a Monday, it will ship on Tuesday for arrival on Thursday. Therefore, expedited orders received after 10:00 a.m. CDT will ship the next business day. All orders ship out Monday thru Friday (exc. holidays).  UPS/FedEx shipping, delivery and in-transit times do not include Sat. or Sun. and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.  

Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of each gift basket. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the gift. Shipping options and prices will be given when you check out.  Please check your delivery address carefully before you submit your order, making sure the recipient's address is correct and complete. Once the package leaves our location we are not responsible for it thereafter. We will attempt to make any changes or corrections to your order if possible, but we cannot guarantee this. You are responsible for providing the correct address and zip code when submitting your order. In the event that UPS and FedEx must re-route due to the customer's address errors, a $20 fee will be passed on to the customer. If they are unable to correct the address, they will return the undelivered gift to our offices. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. If the package is returned to us, fees will be charged for re-processing, re-shipping or re-stocking. Any customer refunds are made less shipping and handling. When shipping an item to more than one address you will need to complete an individual order for each address. It is recommended that you contact us if you have multiple orders (3 or more) so that we may work with you on discount shipping. Please review the shipping info on individual products for in transit ground shipping - in some cases ground shipping may be quicker and cost effective for you!
Order cancellation: should you wish to cancel your order, a restocking fee will be applied, return shipping is at the expense of the customer and some items may be thrown away and not credited to the customer due to heat and temperature damage. Once orders ship out we are unable to change the shipping method or address and are unable to retrieve the order while it is in transit. We do not gives shipping refunds if the customer gives an incorrect shipping address or if the package was undeliverable due to:
(1) the recipient is not at the specified address
(2) the business was closed for the holiday or weekend
(3) no one was home at the time of delivery
(4) package was rejected by recipient
(5) package was rejected by company or personnel in charge of receiving said package.
(6) no-one over the age of 21 was available to sign for gift baskets containing alcohol
Corporate, custom or special orders: We will be happy to work with you on multiple, custom or special orders. Because these orders require special handling, payment in full is required at the time of ordering.
Hospital Shipping:
We DO NOT ship to hospitals, rehab centers, or hotels.
APO/FPO shipping: Only selected gifts can be shipped APO/FPO. We do not offer any claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims of any kind to these orders due to the shipping and delivery process. These orders also require 1-2 extra time for shipping.
Substitutions & Returns:
During summer months it is necessary to substitute alternate items for most chocolate. We make every effort to guarantee that every product item listed is available, in the event we are out of a particular item we reserve the right to substitute an item of quality that is equal or greater in value.
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 2 business days of the gift being received. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Customer may be eligible for a refund (full or partial) or replacement if one off the following events occur:
1. Product is damaged. Refunds are not given until the damaged product has been returned. Before returning a product you must contact us for written approval of refund. The customer must return the entire gift basket in order to receive a refund or partial refund - no exceptions. Orders delayed in shipping due to an incorrect address are not guaranteed an arrival day when ordered expedited shipping.
2. Package does not arrive at its specified destination or is delivered to the wrong destination due to our error in addressing the package. 
Delivery Times: 
UPS Ground - Delivery up to 7 business days depending on destination.
UPS Next Day Air - Delivery next business day*
UPS Second Day Air - Delivery second business day*
UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery 3 business days*
USPS Priority Mail - Delivery  in 2-3 business days (not guaranteed).
USPS Express Mail - 1-2 day delivery including weekends (not guaranteed).
NOTE: UPS does not count the pick-up day in the delivery times for ground delivery. *Expedited shipping example: if  your order is placed 2nd day air before 11 a.m. on Monday, it is shipped that day; If you place your order on Monday after 11 a.m., it will ship Tuesday.
NOTE: Due to Covid,
 UPS and FedEx have suspended their money back guarantee on expedited shipping until further notice.  

*Orders delayed in shipping due to an incorrect address are not guaranteed an arrival day when ordered expedited shipping.
Holidays/ Closures
Gift basket shipping, including expedited orders, may be delayed during the holidays. Please place your orders in advance to ensure prompt delivery. Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on  these days will ship the next operating business day:
Memorial Day Observance- May 22nd - 25th
Independence Day Observance July 3rd,4th & 5th
Labor Day Observance - Aug. 31st & Sept. 3rd
Thanksgiving Day Observance - November 26th & 27th
Christmas Holiday: December 24th & 25th 
New Year's Eve - December 31st 
New Year's Day - January 1st
We are closed on weekends and holidays.
