Shipping Rates and Policies

Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of each gift basket. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the gift. Shipping options and prices will be given when you check out. Please check your delivery information carefully before you submit your order. There will be a redelivery fee if an incorrect address is given. When shipping an item to more than one address you will need to complete an individual order for each address. It is recommended that you contact us if you have multiple orders (3 or more) so that we may work with you on discount shipping.

UPS and USPS Shipments: Before submitting your order, please make sure the recipient address is correct and complete. UPS and USPS add additional charges if an address or zip code is incorrect. If they are unable to correct the address, they will return the undelivered gift to our offices. We are not required to give a shipping refund if the customer gives an incorrect shipping address or if the package was undeliverable due to
(1) the recipient is not at the specified address
(2) the business was closed for the holiday or weekend
(3) no one was home at the time of delivery
(4) package was rejected by recipient
(5) package was rejected by company or personnel in charge of receiving said package.
UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. Shipping prices vary depending on the weight and box size of the shipment.

Regarding our candy baskets, during summer months, orders received on Thursday will not go out until Friday or Saturday , as all packages shipped between Thursday and Saturday will arrive on Monday. This delayed shipping time is done to ensure the ice/insulation is being used for the least possible time and will ensure the chocolate does not melt enroute. On selected gift baskets where noted: Ice and Insulation charge ($4.95) will be added to all chocolate orders when the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Refunds are not given if chocolates are melted and purchasers opted not to purchase ice and insulation. If ice and insulation were included with the package and the product is still melted, purchaser is entitle to a refund or replacement. During summer months we may substitute alternate items for chocolate.

Customer may also be eligible for a refund (full or partial) or replacement if one off the following events occur:

1. Product is damaged. Refunds are not given until the damaged product has been returned. Before returning a product you must contact us for written approval of refund. The customer must return the gift basket in order to receive a refund or partial refund - no exceptions.
2. Package does not arrive at its specified destination or is delivered to the wrong destination due to our error in addressing the package.

UPS Ground - Delivery 1-5 business days depending on destination.
UPS Next Day Air - Delivery next business day.
UPS Second Day Air - Delivery second business day.
UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery 3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail - Delivery in 2-3 business days.
USPS Express Mail - 1-2 day delivery including weekends.
Please allow one day for order processing.
Weekend orders ship the next business day.

"Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Day after Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve*
